Twitter PHPChatUser5
- PHPChatUser5 has a profile image of Johann Christoph Bayer, the painter.
- Overlaid on the image is a tile pattern of a QR Code which decodes to APUS:01-05
- Apus is a constellation that was first depicted by Johann Bayer, the uranographer/stellar cartographer.
- For further reference: Uranometria by uranographer Johann Bayer.
Malak0's device
- Malak0's video revealed a QR Code pasted to a rear corner of the device he found.
- After being pestered, he provided a better image to the public, which was quickly decoded to CHAMAELEON:13-23
- Chameleon is a constellation that was first depicted by Johann Bayer, the uranographer/stellar cartographer.
Sargash Si Facebook account
- Facebook account of PHPChatUser1 (Japanese) with the name Sargash Si.
- The 6 Sudoku puzzles are not solvable, but in correct order they build this QR code.
- The decoded message is: INDUS:13-06
PHPChatUser4 Twitter Background
- PHPChatUser4's Twitter profile changed slightly on Saturday 25/04/09 to reveal a new 'black' background.
- The background image was isolated and contained a faint QR Code in the centre
- This was decoded to: PHOENIX:01-20
Berlin/Madrid Bluetooth QR
- One individual was able to obtain a .3gp video from the Madrid location which contained a partial QR image. Reportedly this video was obtained through a bluetooth file transfer.
- Another individual later received an email after the drop from Berlin, which contained similar QR pieces. This video may have been meant for bluetooth transmission but was emailed at a later time due to technical issues.
- When assembled the QR code decodes to: "4,N0M4D5,C1U3:"
- The result appears to be a 'leet speak' form of "A NOMADS CLUE".
- This is an unusual result as it does not fit the same format as previous codes. It might be that this is not an 'Access Point'.
Jesse Philips Enterprise Poster [Not ARG related?]
- A Star Trek poster by artist Jesse Philips has featured heavily in several cobrasnake Star Trek parties.
- Upon closer inspection of some photos, it is clear that a QR Code is imbedded at the bottom left corner.
- At present, no one has been able to get a clear enough shot of the code to produce a result.
- It is unknown if this QR code is related to this Star Trek ARG or simply to promoting Star Trek in general.
- This image, hosted at aintitcool.com, is the clearest found so far.
- UPDATE: It appears that Anthony of TrekMovie.com has a large version of the poster and was able to supply a decodable version of the QR. The result is: http://startreknokia.12dld.mobi/
- Although this is a blank website, the nature of the QR code and the domain name in the result appears to suggest this website is not ARG related.
